1. Do you work on _______________________?
We work on professional audio equipment, things you would see on stage at a concert. That includes amplifiers (tube and solid state), mixers (digital and analog), speakers (powered and passive), keyboards, rack gear, pedals, some stage lighting, etc.
We do NOT work on home audio equipment, car audio, or 100v systems. We do not recone or refoam woofers.
There are exceptions to every rule of course. We do work on passive home audio speakers. We do not work on KRK products or oil can delays.
2. What is your turnaround time?
As of 6/1/23 our typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.
3. How much do you charge?
We only charge you if we successfully repair your gear. There is no bench fee.
We typically work on a, "I'll call you if it's going to be over $X for you to approve," system.
4. Do you have regular hours?
Pickups and drop offs are by appointment only.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks. We only accept checks from schools and churches.

Parts we use to repair gear can be bought. That includes woofers, diodes, resistors, potentiometers, vacuum tubes, cables, transistors, capacitors, etc. Reach out with a clear idea of what you need and we will get you a quote.
